As many of us have followed, Disney Parks had a live stream of a "huge" announcement earlier this week. Ten of thousands of Disney fans alike cleared their afternoons to stream into the breaking news that Disney promised to offer. There was quite a buzz going around as to WHAT this news was going to be!! There were rumors of a fifth gate, new resorts on property, new rides, another DVC resort, or next year's theme?
One thing was for sure....millions of people streamed in to hear what they thought was going to be a huge announcement for Disney Parks. In fact, so many fans streamed in that it crashed Disney's system...wow!
The news was for some a huge disappointment because it was all about Disney Parks 2011 theme. The new theme is, "Let the Memories Begin." This theme is going to be geared toward guest pictures, and videos that were taken at the Disney Parks and are submitted online. The pictures and videos have a chance at being used in commercials and a nightly show at the Disney Parks. Click here for the full story.
