Walt Disney World has completed their Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party decorations!!

The Disney Guru says that Halloween is one of the best times of year to visit the Magic Kingdom. Anytime the park transforms itself to create an ambiance of celebration, makes for more magical memories.  The party begins on September 14, 2010....as usual it will be a family-friendly "spooktacular".
